With a partially covered outside deck area this home split across three levels, is ideal for enjoying the surroundings in any season.

The living and dining area set up is perfect for entertaining or socialising giving each guest enough space to relax. Enjoy the views of the Remarkables mountain range and of Lake Wakatipu from the comfortable living room arm chairs or move outside to the balcony and utilise the outside furniture so you can soak in the wondrous landscape.

A fully equipped kitchen with a variety of appliances, all the essentials you will need to cook a great meal during your stay. We also offer complimentary oil, salt, pepper and cleaning products for your convenience.

Four spacious bedrooms which can be set up in a variety of bedding configurations, with full hotel standard linen & bedding. The two bathrooms have been recently refurbished, giving them a modern & stylish look.

Log burner, underfloor heating and heat pump will ensure you are kept nice and warm in colder months. There is also air conditioning for the warmer months.

Full laundry facilities with a washing machine, tumble dryer, wash basin, iron and ironing board. Ample space to store ski gear or bikes.

The house is conveniently located half way between Queenstown town centre & Queenstown airport.

You can walk down to the Frankton track lake trail in the morning or try out Sherwood at 554 Frankton Road, where you can access local health conscious family style dining, live music, yoga and massages.

The local ski slopes, Coronet Peak and The Remarkables, are within a 45 minute drive from the apartment and multiple walking trails can be found just outside the door, linking up with bike tracks and horse trails that run throughout Queenstown.

Beautiful views and just up the hill from Sherwood, a really great restaurant that is a must for your itinerary. Easy bus or short drive to the Centre of town. We flipped the couches around and spent most of our time while home with the fire on and taking in the lake and mountain views.

All guests will be sent an email confirmation upon receipt of a booking / reservation request. Full payment will be debited from your credit card provided on the expected day of arrival.

For reservations cancelled outside of 30 days from your arrival date, the first night will be charged.

For reservations cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date (excluding the date of arrival) your card will be debited 50% of your total booking.

For cancellations or no-shows on the expected day of arrival, your card will be debited 100% of your total booking.
