There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are two master bedrooms with walk-in robes and tiled en-suites. The second living area downstairs leads out to another outdoor entertaining zone. There is also an office, laundry, double garage.
Superbly orientated for sunshine, there’s also extensive heating options including a gas fire, air-to water underfloor heating and air conditioning upstairs.

If guests don’t have their own transport, we recommend using the ‘orbus’ bus service. It is the easiest, most convenient and most affordable way to get around Queenstown or catch the water taxi from The Hilton to enjoy the energy and excitement of central Queenstown.

All guests will be sent an email confirmation upon receipt of a booking / reservation request. Full payment will be debited from your credit card provided on the expected day of arrival.
For reservations cancelled outside of 30 days from your arrival date, the first night will be charged.
For reservations cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date (excluding the date of arrival) your card will be debited 50% of your total booking.
For cancellations or no-shows on the expected day of arrival, your card will be debited 100% of your total booking.
Reservations made through third-party websites and travel agents are subject to Element Escapes Cancellation policies.
