Our Kiwi owned property is just a 7 minute walk to the heart of Queenstown and perfect for larger families or groups, allowing you to have your own space whilst also providing great areas to socialise. Split across three levels and featuring an open plan living / dining area, fully equipped kitchen, three spacious bedrooms each with expansive views, their own ensuite bathrooms and walk in wardrobes!
The apartment sleeps 6 guests as standard but we can also set up a rollaway bed upon request, which then allows a total of 7 guests for an additional fee.
The kitchen is equipped with a variety of modern appliances including a coffee machine and all the essentials you will need to cook a great meal during your stay. We also offer complimentary oil, salt, pepper and cleaning products for your convenience.
The dining / living area has a flat screen TV (Sky & Netflix), indoor gas fire place, heat pump/air conditioning, a comfortable sofa and large double doors/windows leading out to the picturesque balcony from which you can enjoy the majestic and jaw dropping views of the mountain ranges and ever changing blue waters of Lake Wakatipu. A Weber BBQ is also available for guest use.
Full laundry facilities with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Along with a private garage, with internal access making it perfect for storing all your summer & winter equipment securely.

Location
Located near the heart of Queenstown (7 min walk/ 1 minute drive) and near the Queenstown Hill walking track. In a little less than an hour you can reach the top and access gorgeous views of the town, Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains.
Walk down to Queenstown’s waterfront to enjoy some of our favorite restaurants and cafes. We recommend the stylish Botswana Butchery Restaurant, Vudu Cafe and Atlas Craft beer bar.

All guests will be sent an email confirmation upon receipt of a booking / reservation request. Full payment will be debited from your credit card provided on the expected day of arrival.
For reservations cancelled outside of 30 days from your arrival date, the first night will be charged.
For reservations cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date (excluding the date of arrival) your card will be debited 50% of your total booking.
For cancellations or no-shows on the expected day of arrival, your card will be debited 100% of your total booking.
Reservations made through third-party websites and travel agents are subject to Element Escapes Cancellation policies.
