With expansive and well kept gardens including an orchard, outside entertaining areas and sun loungers so you can sit back with a glass of wine and take in the awe inspiring views on offer.
As we move into the property the delights fail to cease, brimming with character inside and out, the artwork and photography scattered around the home only add to the personality this house already exudes. With an open wood fire, lounge area, seperate sitting areas and spacious bedrooms you’re sure to fall in love with everything on offer.
Our home is as suitable for families as it is for a group of friends looking for a relaxing and tranquil weekend here in the Wakatipu basin.
There is also a Pinball machine, BBQ and trampoline the children are free to use.

Location
Our home is located between Queenstown & Arrowtown, with Arrowtown recently winning ‘NZ’s Most Beautiful Town’. The Lake Hayes walking and biking track which runs alongside the lake can be accessed directly from the property. Being between both townships, you have the best of both worlds allowing you to soak up the atmosphere and character of both, whilst also being far enough away to ensure you can relax away from the hustle and bustle on quieter evenings spent at home.
The house is a stones throw away from the famous Amisfield Winery & Bistro, with Wet Jacket Cellar door & Akarua Wines & Kitchen all within walking distance.
Conveniently located the house is a 15 minute drive from the airport and The Remarkables Park & 5 mile shopping centres (where locals go to shop.
The local ski slopes, Coronet Peak and Remarkables, are within a 40 minute drive from the house. There are multiple walking trails that can be found just outside the door for recreation, linking up with renowned Queenstown bike trails and multiple horse trails that run throughout the Wakatipu.

All guests will be sent an email confirmation upon receipt of a booking / reservation request. Full payment will be debited from your credit card provided on the expected day of arrival.
For reservations cancelled outside of 30 days from your arrival date, the first night will be charged.
For reservations cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date (excluding the date of arrival) your card will be debited 50% of your total booking.
For cancellations or no-shows on the expected day of arrival, your card will be debited 100% of your total booking.
Reservations made through third-party websites and travel agents are subject to Element Escapes Cancellation policies.
