Split across three levels, the apartment boasts large, open plan living and dining area, a sizeable and fully equipped kitchen, good sized bedrooms, and three bathrooms. Perfect for larger families or groups, giving you the perfect environment to socialise whilst also allowing you to have your own space.

The apartment sleeps 6 guests as standard, we can also set up a 4th bedroom with bunk beds upon request which then allows a total of 8 guests for an additional fee.

Recently refurbished kitchen, equipped with a variety of modern appliances including a coffee machine and all the essentials you will need to cook a great meal during your stay. We also offer complimentary oil, salt, pepper and cleaning products for your convenience.

Bathed in natural sunlight, the dining / living area has a flat screen tv, indoor fire place, comfortable sofa and arm chair, with large double doors leading out to the idyllic balcony from which you can enjoy the exquisite and picturesque views of the Remarkables mountain range and crystal clear blue waters of Lake Wakatipu.

Location

The apartment is perfectly situated, a 2 minute drive from the heart of Queenstown or a 2 Kilometre walk along the Frankton walking and biking track which runs alongside the lake through the Queenstown gardens. Close enough to be able to soak up the atmosphere and character of this unique little town, whilst also being far enough away to ensure you can relax away from the hustle and bustle on quieter evenings spent at your apartment.

Conveniently located the apartment is 10 minutes drive from the airport, and Remarkables Park & 5 mile (where locals go to shop) and a 4 minute drive to Sherwood, where you can try locally sourced, health conscious family style dining, live music, yoga and massages.

The local ski slopes, Coronet Peak and Remarkables, are within a 40 minute drive from the apartment. There are multiple walking trails that can be found just outside the door for recreation, linking up with renowned Queenstown bike trails and multiple horse trails that run throughout the Wakatipu.

All guests will be sent an email confirmation upon receipt of a booking / reservation request. Full payment will be debited from your credit card provided on the expected day of arrival.

For reservations cancelled outside of 30 days from your arrival date, the first night will be charged.

For reservations cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date (excluding the date of arrival) your card will be debited 50% of your total booking.

For cancellations or no-shows on the expected day of arrival, your card will be debited 100% of your total booking.
